We’re proud to announce that North Kent Mind is the Charity of the Year Partner for the Dartford Half Marathon 2026, in partnership with RunThroughUK RunThroughSouth
We’re looking for passionate runners to take on this iconic local race on 22nd February 2026 and help us raise essential funds for mental health services in our community.

As mental health awareness week is fast approaching, we’re proud to announce our partnership with Bluewater and Ego-free fitness for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week!
We’d like invite you to join us on Saturday 17th May, from 9am to 10am, for Strong Mind, Strong Body, a unique session combining physical fitness with mindfulness to support mental well-being.
The event will run until 3pm, giving people the opportunity to connect with the Ego-Free Fitness team and us, whlist enjoying one of Wagamama’s Positive Juices,
discover Molton Brown’s rosemary product line, and grabbing a coffee from Nespresso.
Spaces are limited!


If you’re aged 16-25, please take a few minutes to complete our survey and help shape future opportunities for young people.
If you’re a parent or carer of someone aged 11-15, we’d love for you to complete it together!
Your input is crucial to make sure our services truly meet the needs of local young people.

Over the Christmas period, Wellbeing Services will be running two Christmas drop in’s, within Dartford and Medway, available for anyone 17+ within the local area. Any attendee’s will need to sign up on the day, however we will be hosting Christmas games, promoting social inclusion, have a light lunch and refreshments available and everyone will receive a wellbeing Christmas box from North Kent Mind.

Running over 6 weeks, this course explores you and your baby’s wellbeing, understanding worries and anxiety, managing low mood as well as your support circle with signposting.
Dates for these courses are as follows:
Monday 12th February – 10am -12pm (face-to-face)
Monday 25th March – 1pm- 3pm (face-to-face)
Tuesday 26th March-12pm-2pm (face-to-face)
