North Kent Mind have been working with local young people to create a workshop on ‘Social Media Resilience’. This workshop has been created by Sixth form students and is designed for those aged 11-18 to expand their knowledge about social media and its impact on mental health, learn new coping mechanisms and to connect with other young people.
