North Kent Mind have been commissioned by Porchlight and Kent County Council to deliver a series of perinatal courses relating to wellbeing.

The course will run over 6 weeks and cover you and your baby’s wellbeing, understanding worries and anxiety, managing low mood as well as your support circle with signposting. Support will be offered in two separate groups –

  1. Pregnant mothers and fathers-to-be.
  2. Post-natal parents/caregivers for babies aged 0-2.

Courses are for adults only, no children will be permitted to attend the session; this is so we can fully support your individual needs and you can focus wholly on your own wellbeing!

Support with childcare may be available through our hardship fund – please contact us at cyp@northkentmind.co.uk to explore this on booking.

The dates for our 2024 courses are as follows:

Tuesday 19th March – 12-2 Post-natal wellbeing course (online)

Monday 25th March – 10:30 -11:30 Perinatal walk & talk

Monday 25h March – 1-2 Perinatal walk & talk
