Moving Forward is a two hour 12 week peer support pathway to help individuals challenge and improve their day to day with each session being focused on a different topic pulled from all of our groups, including resilience, confidence, routine, relationships and boundaries, mindfulness and anxiety.
There is also the option for a 2 hour activity after each session to perhaps go for a walk in the park, go for a coffee or crafting related to the session content.
Moving Forward gives individuals the opportunity to take steps towards improvements in their lives but also build a network of support through their peer’s, listening and sharing their own lived experience.
