Are you passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals and promoting their wellbeing? Do you have lived experience or a strong understanding of neurodiversity, and want to help others thrive?
North Kent Mind is seeking a dedicated Peer Support Worker to join our Neurodiversity Wellbeing Group. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide peer-led support to individuals with neurodivergent conditions, offering guidance, encouragement, and a safe space for them to connect, share experiences, and grow.
By using your own lived experience, you’ll help create a welcoming, inclusive environment that fosters empowerment, self-advocacy, and positive mental health. You’ll be key in facilitating group discussions, supporting individuals to build confidence, develop skills, and navigate challenges associated with neurodiversity.
This is a rewarding opportunity to join a dynamic team where your contribution will have a direct, positive impact on the lives of those we support. If you’re ready to be part of a compassionate, forward-thinking organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
