Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental health is everything

Mental health is more than just a small part of our lives.

It’s connected to every little thing we do, every place we go and every person around us. Mental health is our physical health, our finances, our relationships.

It’s part of our defining moments and the day to day.

Despite this, a recent Mind survey found public attitudes and understanding of mental health have started to go backwards.

The mental health system is broken and people facing other challenges like poverty and racism have the least access to support.

Our decision makers aren’t doing enough to prioritise mental health alongside the other big issues in society.

This Mental Health Awareness Week (12-18 May), help us make sure no mind gets left behind.
