The role involves carrying out routine repairs, redecoration, and small works across our supported housing properties and offices, ensuring safe and welcoming environments for our tenants and staff.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks (plumbing, painting, woodwork, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Car driver/owner preferred
