Salary: £28,560 – £30,328.68

North Kent Mind is looking for an organised and detail-focused Analytical Lead to oversee data, digital systems and performance reporting across the new Medway Therapeutic Alliance and wider organisation. You will make sure our systems are accurate, consistent and compliant, working closely with our system provider, staff and subcontractors where needed.
You will lead on data quality, reporting cycles and digital workflows, support GDPR and DSPT compliance, and help develop our organisational performance dashboard. This includes producing clear monthly summaries for the CEO and supporting managers to submit high-quality data across the charity.
We’re looking for someone confident with digital systems, able to interpret data and explain it clearly, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
