We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of HR and staff development across our organisation. About the Role

As HR Manager, you will:

  • Deliver a comprehensive HR service, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee HR policies, compliance, and best practice, ensuring alignment with employment law and charity ethos.
  • Support senior leadership with organisational development, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Champion staff wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous professional development.
  • Manage confidential HR records and systems, and liaise with external advisors where necessary.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant HR experience, including advising on complex HR matters and leading initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) and membership.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the charity sector and understanding of mental health and wellbeing is desirable.
