B.R.A.V.E Service – Therapeutic Services

We support children and young people aged 5-18, and up to 25 for those with SEN needs or who are care leavers, including those not attending school or educated outside of school.

Therapy will provide a safe and confidential space for a young person to talk to a trained professional about any issues and concerns they have.

The therapist will help explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can better understand yourself and others.

B.R.A.V.E offers six to twelve weeks of sessions in both 1:1 and group provisions. To find out further about the different therapies we offer, see below.

Our service is to support with low to moderate risk due to the length of the service we can provide.
If you or the young person you are referring has recently displayed high risk concerns such as; suicide ideation with intent,
significant self-harm needing frequent A&E admissions or currently on any psychotropic medication prescribed by a psychiatrist,
we may not be the correct service for you.
