Head of Facilities and Housing

I have worked for North Kent Mind for 6 ½ years. I started in the Supported Housing department as a part time finance administrator and gradually worked my way up to Housing Manager in 2023.

I was promoted to Head of Facilities and Housing as a Senior Leader this year. Housing and supported tenants with their mental health and wellbeing is a passion of mine.

I feel honoured watching individuals grow and move on to independent living and being a part of their journey. I am an advocate for giving individuals a voice and have supported a relative with their own journey for many years.

I am very proud to be a part of North Kent Mind!
