Chief Executive Officer

I am driven by a passion to support isolated adults and children with mental health issues, I joined North Kent Mind in 2009 as a ‘Day Services’ volunteer, soon after I was elected as a trustee by service users.

I then became our Community Services Manager, Housing Manager, Managed our Counselling Services, Interim IAPT Manager, Deputy CEO, and then CEO.

Earlier in my career I led a team housing the street homeless in Westminster, then I worked in a therapeutic rehabilitation centre for substance misuse, and later managed a social enterprise.

My studies include; Integrative Psychotherapy, Social Psychology, Management and Leadership, and I am a Fellow of the Charted Management Institute.
