Empowering service users for Employment & Wellbeing

Our Inspirations employment support service is designed to support unemployed individuals aged 17 and over in Medway and Gravesend.
Our 8-week group peer support sessions offer a mix of soft and hard skills training to improve employability while also addressing mental health and wellbeing.

What We Offer:

• Mental Health Support: Learn techniques to manage anxiety, build resilience, and maintain overall wellbeing.
• Employment Focused: Receive help with CVs, job searching, interview preparation, and access to local volunteering and work experience opportunities.
• Group & 1:1 Support: Engage in group sessions with the option for additional one-on-one support tailored to your needs.

Group Session Details:

Gravesend:

• Date: Thursday 8th May
• Time: 1pm – 3pm
• Location: Gravesend Methodist Church, DA12 2RE

Medway:

• Date: Tuesday 13th May
• Time: 1pm – 3pm
• Location: Sun Pier House, Chatham, ME4 4HF

Our Aims:

• Build confidence and readiness for employment.
• Promote wellbeing and community engagement for service users.
• Support individuals in accessing further support and encourage involvement in volunteering or work experience.
