Hi, I’m Dele Matilukuro-Olanuga. I began my career as a software tester, honing my analytical and problem-solving skills.

Driven by a passion for making an impact, I transitioned into social care, where I gained valuable hands-on experience supporting individuals and families.

Progressing into management roles allowed me to lead teams and enhance service delivery.

Recently, I fulfilled my dream of becoming a social worker, merging my professional journey with my commitment to helping others and creating meaningful change in their lives.
