Salary: £22,772 pro rata (£12,051.06 per annum based on 18 hours per week)
Hours: 18 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover until 31 July 2027
Location: Medway office base with travel across Medway, Dartford and Gravesham

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Children & Young People’s Practitioner to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until 31 July 2027. Based in Medway and working 18 hours per week within allocated schools throughout the academic year, this rewarding role will involve working with children and young people aged 5 to 18 across Dartford, Gravesham and Medway. You will deliver both one-to-one and group interventions that promote emotional wellbeing, build resilience and support positive outcomes.

We are looking for someone with experience of working directly with children and young people, who can build strong relationships, has a sound understanding of emotional wellbeing and mental health, and is committed to helping young people overcome challenges and reach their potential. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated team, delivering early intervention and therapeutic support within local schools.
