North Kent Mind is looking for an experienced and professionally registered practitioner to join our Children & Young People’s Services as Clinical Governance Lead. This is an important role with responsibility for strengthening clinical governance, safeguarding, quality assurance and professional practice across our services.
Working closely with managers and senior leaders, you will lead on governance frameworks, clinical supervision arrangements, audits, quality reviews and service improvement activity. You will provide expert guidance on clinical risk, safeguarding and professional practice, helping to ensure the children, young people and families we support receive safe, effective and high-quality services.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in children and young people’s mental health, wellbeing, safeguarding or related services, together with a strong understanding of clinical governance and quality assurance. You will be confident providing professional leadership, supporting colleagues and driving improvements in practice across services and partnerships.
