Anastasia Ustinova

Deputy CEO

I joined North Kent Mind as Deputy CEO with a background in NHS leadership, where I spent over a decade working across hospital services, operational management and service improvement.

My work has focused on improving how services are designed and delivered so that people can access support earlier and more easily.

My background includes studies in programming and healthcare management, which has shaped my interest in digital systems, service design and strengthening how organisations use data to support people.

I am passionate about developing sustainable, high-quality mental health services that are shaped by real community needs. At North Kent Mind I support the organisation’s strategic development, helping strengthen systems, partnerships and services so that the organisation can continue to grow and support more people across our communities.

I am currently undertaking an Executive MBA in Healthcare and working towards Chartered Manager status with the Chartered Management Institute.
