I joined North Kent Mind in 2022 and have been deeply committed to strengthening and improving our services ever since.

My own lived experience drives my passion for equitable, inclusive and accessible support; and for ensuring that co‑production and lived‑experience voices actively shape what we do. I’m particularly focused on addressing gaps in local provision and helping develop services that genuinely meet the needs of our community.

As Head of Development, I oversee organisational growth across communications, fundraising, training, innovation and service development.

I’m proud to be able to help North Kent Mind grow sustainably and meaningfully, always keeping people at the centre of everything we build.
