A promotion for North Kent Mind’s Springboard Services. Live Well Kent Springboard Employment Services, are delivered in Dartford, Gravesend and Swanley area.

Whether you want to improve your wellbeing, find opportunities to engage with your local community like volunteering or local groups, or even want to move into employment, we may be able to help.
Find out how managing your money can have a positive effect on your mental health via this four week course run by North Kent Mind in conjunction with Shaw Trust and Live Well Kent & Medway.
Springboard services are run by North Kent Mind, and help people with mental health problems to learn new skills or develop existing ones, become volunteers in other organisations or within North Kent Mind, or seek paid employment. This is a really practical way to gain self-confidence, develop skills and personal qualities and enable people to have a more positive impact on their future.

Supporting you and your Mental Health – NKM COVID-19 Response Project
Springboard offers people 18 and over who are or have experienced mental health back into full time, part-time employment, volunteering, work placements , educational courses and retention support. You will receive one to one support, with CV’s, mock interviews, job search, work skills and overcoming barriers that you may have to gain employment. We also deliver “Preparing For Work” courses 10 sessions, 2 hours per week over in all three locations.
