Staff Wellbeing
North Kent Mind elect a group of staff to become Wellbeing Champions, and be the frontline support of our workforce.

- We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Support Worker to support our award-winning Men’s Group, delivered four times a year in 12-week programmes. You’ll help guide sessions, support attendees, and create a welcoming space for open conversation.

- We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable coach to deliver 1–1 support sessions during evenings and Saturdays. You’ll work with clients in recovery, offering encouragement, guidance, and a safe space to talk. Sessions may be delivered in person, online, or over the phone, depending on client needs.

- We’re looking for an enthusiastic and supportive facilitator to lead our Saturday Walking Group, promoting both mental and physical wellbeing. You’ll create a safe, inclusive space where people can connect, talk, and feel supported. The role involves guiding group walks, encouraging participation, and fostering a positive atmosphere.

- We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Coach to join our team and support individuals on their recovery journey. You’ll facilitate engaging recovery groups, deliver 1–1 support sessions, and lead psychoeducation programmes that empower lasting change. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll help create a safe, encouraging environment where people can grow and thrive.
