Base: North Kent (Medway / Dartford office)
We are particularly interested in candidates with lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery, who can draw on this experience to inspire hope, build meaningful connections, and support others on their recovery journey.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals presenting in crisis or with higher levels of need and will be confident working in a responsive, person-centred way. Knowledge of recovery-focused approaches and additional training such as IMROC, ASIST, crisis intervention, or similar will be highly advantageous.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work across the PPP service and wider Adult Support Services pathways, collaborating effectively with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure individuals receive the right support at the right time.
