Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £33,367.30 – £36,840.56 per annum (based on experience)

Contract: Fixed-term until 28/02/27 (potential to extend)

Base: Gravesend

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Join North Kent Mind and lead our HEAL House service, supporting individuals with complex needs—including those transitioning from rough sleeping—towards stability, independence, and recovery. 

As Project Manager, you’ll inspire and guide a dedicated team while working directly with residents to provide person-centred support, develop life skills programmes, and help people move on to sustainable housing. You’ll collaborate with local partners, drive meaningful outcomes, and play a key role in shaping a compassionate, empowering service. 

We’re looking for a motivated, empathetic leader with experience in mental health, housing, or complex needs—someone who believes in recovery, inclusion, and the potential in every individual.
