B.R.A.V.E Service – Workshops

The BRAVE service also offers a wide range of workshops which are open to all and not exclusive to those already engaged in the Therapeutic Services offer.

Workshops are designed for young people, parents/carers and professionals to provide the wider community with valuable mental health education,

helping to break the stigma around seeking support and raise awareness of the services we offer.

Our aim is to encourage open conversations about mental health topics and offer positive coping mechanisms with signposting.

Workshops are held monthly for CYP, bi-monthly for parents/ carer and quarterly for professionals.

To sign up, please complete the form dependent on whether you are a young person directly, parent/ carer or professional working with young people.
