North Kent Mind is a growing mental health charity in the South East of England.
We are committed to supporting our local residents in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Medway.
Although we are part of the Mind federation, we are an independent registered charity, governed by our own trustees. This means we are responsible for our own governance, policies and financial management. It also means we are responsible for raising our own funds to ensure we can keep providing services for our local community.
We employ over 100 paid staff but also have a large number of volunteers who give up their valuable time to help us deliver our services.
Our staff and volunteers are our most valuable resource. They are highly skilled, devoted and committed to being there for people when it matters most.
