Medway base – £9.97 per hour

We are looking to recruit Bank Workers to join our Children and Young Person’s Service. The work is varied for the right candidates and can involve working with individuals via a variety of channels, including in-person (predominantly), telephone and online conferencing. We are especially interested in hearing from people who have experience with counselling, personal development coaching and other therapeutic interventions.

The successful candidates will need to display an empathic attitude towards people with mental health problems.  You will need to be able to engage with vulnerable children and young people with a wide range of mental health issues and understand the importance of confidentiality and information governance.
